Notice is hereby given that the following persons have been appointed to the designated positions with the Shire of Boddington for the 2026 - 2027 fire season, in accordance with section 38 (1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954.

The Shire of Boddington gives notice of a Special Council Meeting to be held as follows: Date: Wednesday, 29 July 2026 Time: 5:00 pm Venue: Council Chambers, 39 Bannister Road, Boddington WA 6390

Pursuant to s6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Boddington intends to introduce the 2026/27 Schedule of Fees and Charges with an effective commencement date of 1 July 2026.

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given with the respect of the intention of the Shire of Boddington adopting the following differential rate in the dollar and minimum payment as a part of the 2026/2027 Budget.

Pursuant to section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Boddington has adopted new fees and charges for the Boddington Pavilion, and Overflow Camping.

Notice is hereby given that the following person has been appointed to the designated position with the Shire of Boddington in accordance with section 38 (1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954.

The following person is appointed as, Dual Chief Bush Fire Control Officer under the Bush Fires Act 1954, Part IV Division 1 Section 40:

The Shire of Boddington hereby gives notice that Council adopted the amended Local Planning Policy No. 6 Development in Flood Prone Land at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given with the respect of the intention of the Shire of Boddington adopting the following differential rate in the dollar for Unimproved Valuations (UV) and minimum payment as a part of the 2025/2026 Budget.

Public Notice - Notification of 2025/26 Schedule of Fees and Charges Pursuant to s6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Boddington intends to introduce the 2025/26 Schedule of Fees and Charges with an effective commencement date of 1 July 2025.

In accordance with 5.4 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boddington gives notice of a Special Council Meeting. Details of the proposed Meeting are as follows:

In accordance with 5.4 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boddington gives notice of a Special Council Meeting to be held as follows: Date: Thursday 23 January 2024 Time: 5:30pm Venue: Council Chambers 39 Bannister Road, Boddington WA 6390 The purpose of this meeting is to consider procurement outcomes for a number of projects.

The Shire of Boddington provides notice in accordance with Section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995, of the proposed permanent closure of Stagbouer Trail in Marradong, and a portion of Unnamed Road Reserve in Lower Hotham. The roads are proposed to be closed to allow mining through the area.
