These units provide a welcoming and supportive environment for residents aged 60 and over who can live independently, either on their own or with the help of a carer.
About the Units:
Seven well-appointed two-bedroom, one-bathroom units
Purpose-built with features to support accessible and independent living
Eligibility:
- Aged 60 years or older
- Capable of independent living, with or without a carer
Please note: All units are currently occupied, but you are welcome to join the waitlist. Priority is given to residents of the Shire of Boddington.

Independent Care Units
These independent housing units are conveniently situated within a 2-minute walk of the main street amenities. The units consist of four 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom dwellings and are located at 36 Hotham Ave, Boddington.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Receivers of pension from Centrelink or Veterans Affairs.
- Must not own any property.
Please Note: Presently, all units are occupied. However, you can add your name to the waitlist. Preference will be given to existing residents of the Boddington Shire.
