Public Notice: Notification of Adoption of Fees and Charges

Pursuant to section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Boddington has adopted new fees and charges for the Boddington Pavilion, and Overflow Camping.

Council at an Ordinary Council Meeting resolved by absolute majority to adopt fees for the Boddington Pavilion for not for profit and commercial use, including per day, half day and hourly rates. Council also resolved to adopt new fees for Overflow Camping.

The new fees and charges will take effect from 2 June 2026.
