Gift Register

In accordance with sections 5.89A and 5.103 of the Local Government Act 1995 and regulation 28A of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, Elected Members and officers must declare gifts above the prescribed threshold within 10 days of receipt.

The register is published on the Shire’s website within 10 days of disclosure.
