Public Notice: Notification of Adoption of Fee Native Plant Subsidy Program

Pursuant to section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Boddington has adopted a new fee in support of the Native Plant Subsidy Program.

Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on 25 March 2026 resolved by absolute majority to adopt a fee of $25 per tray of native plants comprising 64 plants, as part of the Native Plant Subsidy Program.

The adopted fee will be included in the Schedule of Fees and Charges in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and applies from 6 April 2026.
