Public Notice: Notification of Adoption of Fee for Boddington Swimming Club

Pursuant to s6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Boddington intends to introduce a Sporting Club Hire Charge for Boddington Swimming Club, with an effective commencement date of 10 September 2026.

Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 26 August 2026 resolved to adopt a fee of $600 per year.

The Sporting Club Hire Charge for Boddington Swimming Club will be included in the Schedule of Fees and Charges in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995.
