The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) has released a list of sporting clubs and community groups with overdue Annual Information Statements. Organisations that refuse to complete the required reporting will risk having their incorporation deregistered, which may impact their ability to continue operating.
Affected sporting clubs and community groups have been contacted directly by the Shire, and offered support and assistance to help address reporting requirements.
