Council has approved a Development Application for short-stay accommodation at two existing units on Hotham Avenue. This approval provides additional visitor accommodation options and supports tourism opportunities in Boddington.
The approval is for five years and is subject to a range of conditions aimed at protecting nearby residents. These include limits on guest numbers, noise management requirements, parking provisions, and implementation of a mandatory management plan.
