Council has approved a facility hire fee waiver for Boddington Community Markets to continue using the Boddington Old School Oval from July 2026 to June 2029. Valued at $2,100, the waiver supports five community market events each year and recognises the important role the markets play in bringing residents, visitors, stallholders and community groups together.
This support will help Boddington Community Markets direct more resources towards children’s activities, entertainment and event sustainability. The markets attract stallholders from across the region and contribute to local business activity, community connection and visitor appeal.
