Work is continuing on the new tourist cabins at the Boddington Caravan Park, with the project progressing through key stages including construction, service connection planning and site preparation.
The cabins are scheduled to arrive on site in July. Current works include coordinating with Western Power, planning essential service connections, finalising landscaping design and preparing the site for delivery and installation of the cabin modules.
Western Power has advised that stay pole modification works are expected to take place between mid-June and early July, while Water Corporation headworks are being coordinated to support commissioning of the cabins, once installation is complete.
This project forms part of the Shire’s ongoing commitment to enhancing local tourism accommodation and encouraging more visitors to stay, explore and experience all that Boddington has to offer.
