An amendment to Condition 8 of the development approval for the extractive industry at Lot 4579, 9104 Albany Highway, Crossman, has been approved. The amendment allows extraction to occur over an area of up to 6 hectares at any time, rather than 2 hectares.
The overall development footprint remains unchanged, and the amendment was considered minor, as environmental, traffic and site impacts are not expected to increase. All other conditions and advice from the original approval continue to apply.
