Community groups and sporting clubs are invited to submit their written Expressions of Interest for one of three paid roles to assist with the arrival of campers for this year’s Boddington Rodeo.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming campers.
- Checking camping registration at entry and issuing their parking pass.
- Directing campers to their allocated spot.
- Routinely check in with campers.
The shift will be from 1pm to 8pm on Friday, 31 October and is expected to require four to six volunteers to be on-site at a given time. Expressions of Interest can be submitted for one of the three following temporary camping sites:
- Pollard Street (next to the Swimming Pool)
- Boddington DHS Oval
- Memorial Park
A Volunteer Pack and Briefing Session will be provided to support the selected community group or sports club.
