Public Notice: Notification of Proposed Disposition of Property by Lease

In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, The Shire of Boddington gives notice of its intention to lease a portion of Reserve 17428, Wuraming Avenue Boddington. Details of the proposed lease are as follows:

Lessee: Mr Ilgyu Lee, trading as Hotham River Cafe
Term: 12 months
Use: Café
Rent: $275.00 per week for the initial 12 month period
Market Valuation: $276.92 per week
