Council has endorsed the Shire of Boddington Access and Inclusion Plan 2025–30, a five-year roadmap to make the community more inclusive and accessible for everyone.
The Plan outlines practical strategies to improve access to Shire buildings, services, events, and information, and supports inclusive employment and community engagement. It was developed with input from residents, stakeholders, and community members through workshops and surveys, including responses from 284 people in the 2024 MARKYT® Community Scorecard.
The Plan will now be submitted to the Department of Communities for final approval. It reflects our shared commitment to removing barriers and ensuring that people of all abilities can participate fully in Boddington’s community life.
