The Shire of Boddington has been successful in securing support from Newmont's Community Assistance Program for the 2023 Boddington Youth Careers Expo.
The Boddington Youth Careers Expo will connect secondary students with employers, businesses, industry representatives and further education providers to explore opportunities to support their future employment and further education aspirations.
Earmarked for Friday, 24 March 2022 at Boddington Recreation Centre, the event will target secondary school students based in Boddington and from surrounding communities within the southern Wheatbelt to increase awareness of the career and training pathways available locally and from within the region.
The Shire of Boddington extends its appreciation to Newmont for the financial and in-kind support to make this event possible.
