It is intended to make an Extractive Industries Local Law.
The purpose is to establish requirements and conditions with which extractive industries within the Shire must comply. The effect is that extractive industries that are subject to the local law must comply with its provisions.
The proposed Local Law may be inspected at the Shire offices at 39 Bannister Road, Boddington during normal office hours or click to download.
Submissions may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 4, Boddington WA 6390 by 4pm Wednesday 21 December 2022.
