Notice of Adoption of Extractive Industries Local Law 2023
This local law will come into effect on 12 April 2023.
The purpose is to establish requirements and conditions with which extractive industries within the Shire must comply. The effect is that extractive industries that are subject to the local law must comply with its provisions.
The local law may be inspected at the Shire offices at 39 Bannister Road, Boddington during normal office hours or on the Shire website at www.boddington.wa.gov.au.
