Following a period of community consultation that demonstrated overwhelming support for a proposal to reduce the speed on the main street of the Boddington townsite,
Council voted in favour of the proposal. 17 out of 22 submissions were in favour of the reduction in speed.
The Council decision will now be submitted to Main Roads WA, who will consider the timing of this change.
