Aboriginal Reference Group Nominations

The Shire invites nominations for representation on its established Aboriginal Reference Group.

The Group plays an important role in providing advice and insights to support informed decision-making on matters affecting Aboriginal people. It also assists in guiding cultural recognition initiatives and serves as a key point of contact for the Shire on cultural matters.

Nominations are now open for a two-year term. Access the Terms of Reference Here.

Please note: The nomination form requests information such as your address, age bracket, gender and other personal details. This information will be kept confidential and will be used solely to support balanced and diverse representation on the Group.


Nominations close Tuesday 17 February, 2026 at 4:00pm.
