Notification of Proposed Disposition of Property
In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boddington gives notice of its intention to lease a portion of the Boddington Pavilion. Details of the proposed lease are as follows:
Lessee: Access Life Health & Fitness
Term: One year, plus 4 x one year options
Use: Health and Fitness Services
Consideration: A contribution of $6,000 plus GST per annum.
Market Valuation: $5,909 plus GST per annum.
Public submissions on the Shire's proposal, close Thursday 5 January 2023. Submissions can be made in writing to shire@boddington.wa.gov.au or posted to the Shire’s Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 4, Boddington WA 6390.
