HAVE YOUR SAY!

To ensure that our Community Strategic Plan is addressing the items that the community considers important, we are inviting you to complete a short 10 minute survey of various services, support and facilities, and giving you the opportunity to win 1 of 3 $50 "Bodd Dollar" vouchers!

The survey will ask you to consider the level of importance to you of each item, your current level of satisfaction and whether you feel there has been an improvement or decline over the past 12 months.
Throughout the survey there will be multiple opportunities for you to provide your ideas and solutions on how we can improve our services, support and facilities. Hard copies of the survey will be available from the Shire Administration building and also the Library.

To be eligible to win 1 of 3 vouchers to be spent at a business in Boddington, please ensure to leave your name email address and number so that we can let you know to collect your prize. Results of the survey will also be emailed to you if you choose to provide your contact details.
