The Shire of Boddington hereby gives notice that Ordinary Council Meetings for the remainder of 2009 will be held on the following dates. On 7 April 2009, the start time of 5:00pm will resume. As usual, the meetings will take place in the Council Chamber (39 Bannister Road Boddington):

• 11 August 2009              5:00pm
• 1 September 2009          5:00pm
• 22 September 2009        5:00pm  
• 13 October 2009             5:00pm
• 3 November 2009           5:00pm
• Members of the public are welcome to attend and sit through the proceedings. There is a Public Question Time at the commencement of the meetings during which the public may ask questions of Council.

There is no obligation to remain during the entire meeting. Entry to the Council Chambers is through the double doors at the northern end of the Council offices.
