On Thursday, 28 March, 2024, Council approved the amended Local Planning Policy 7, Outbuildings. The Policy can be accessed on the Shire's website here. Additionally, the Council revoked several Local Planning Policies as they have been superseded by State Planning Policies and/or Local Planning Scheme No.3. These policies are; Local Planning Policy No. 4 Rural Residential Lots and Water Supplies Local Planning Policy No. 8 Fire Protection Local Planning Policy No. 12 Multiple Dwellings on Rural Land
